Acceptance of terms

MarDevs is the trade name of Kamal Addi Haffout, a self-employed professional with tax ID 78312807S. By accessing and using MarDevs services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service description

MarDevs offers professional software development services, including:

• Web and mobile application development (frontend)
• Backend system architecture and implementation
• Process automation and system integration
• Artificial intelligence application development

Engagement process

Projects begin with an initial consultation where we assess your needs. We then provide a formal proposal with scope, timeline and budget.

Work begins once the contract is signed and the agreed initial payment is received.

Intellectual property

Code developed specifically for your project will be your property once full payment is completed.

We retain rights to frameworks, libraries and reusable components developed previously or that may be used in future projects.

Confidentiality

We keep all project information strictly confidential. We can sign additional non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as needed.

Payment terms

Payments are structured according to the schedule agreed in the proposal, typically in milestones or monthly instalments.

Payment delays may result in temporary suspension of work until the situation is regularised.

Warranties and support

We warrant that delivered software will function according to the agreed specifications.

We offer a post-launch support period as defined in each individual contract.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Payments for work completed up to the termination date will be due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Granada (Spain), unless consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
